Explained the way we would explain it to a neighbour

We do three things, and we keep it to three so we can be good at all of them. Below, each one is written in terms of what changes for you — not what the industry calls it. Everything is delivered by the same small team that answers your emails, and none of it is outsourced.

Core offering

The three things we do

No jargon here — each one is described by what it actually changes about your week. Most people start with one and add another later.

Website development

A website that brings you business

Almost everyone checks you out online before they pick up the phone. If they find nothing, or something slow and years out of date, they call the next business on the list instead. We build the site that shows up when someone searches for what you do, loads fast on a phone, says plainly what you offer and where you work, and makes it one tap to call, book, or ask for a quote.

You can change your own hours, prices, and services afterward without paying us to do it.

Custom software

Software that does the job you do by hand

Nearly every business has one task that eats a whole day: copying numbers between spreadsheets, checking one list against another, chasing paperwork, or rebuilding the same report every month. We write a tool that does exactly that job in seconds, the same way every time, without the mistakes that come from doing it tired on a Friday afternoon. One client's insurance reconciliation went from a full day of manual review to a few seconds.

If something you can just buy already does the job, we will tell you to buy that instead.

IT consulting

IT help without hiring an IT person

Most small businesses have nobody in an IT seat, so the job lands on the owner or whoever is least busy that day. We take it off your plate: setting up computers and email, making sure your files are actually backed up and can actually be restored, locking down accounts so one stolen password cannot take out the business, and answering the "is this email a scam?" question before someone clicks it.

A one-off cleanup or ongoing support, whichever you need. No contract designed to trap you.

Capabilities

What that covers in practice

Getting found and booked

A site that shows up when someone searches for what you do, works properly on a phone, lists your services and hours, and lets people call or book without hunting for a number.

Ending the spreadsheet job

The weekly chore nobody wants: matching one list against another, rekeying numbers between systems, or rebuilding the same report. We replace it with something that runs in seconds.

Software you can sell to your own customers

If your idea is the product itself, we build the whole thing — sign-ups, payments, accounts, and the servers behind it. We did exactly this for our own product, Reputation Grid.

Keeping the lights on

Computers and email set up properly, files backed up and provably restorable, accounts locked down, and someone to ask when a message looks like a scam.

Engagement

How a project runs

Discovery

We learn the business before we touch a keyboard: who your customers are, what you sell, and which part of the week you would most like to get back.

Design

Layouts and flows first, in plain terms. You approve the shape of the thing before it is built, when changing it is free.

Build

Development in short passes with visible progress. Content you expect to change often is made editable from the start.

Launch

Deployment, hosting, domains, and the unglamorous parts — analytics, sitemaps, and search visibility.

Support

We stay reachable after launch. Small changes stay small, and you are never held hostage for a copy edit.

Fit

Who this is for

Owner-run businesses, local service companies, and small teams without anyone whose job title includes the word technology. If you have been quoted a number that made no sense, or handed something you cannot maintain, that is the situation we exist to fix.

We choose tools for how long they will stay maintainable, not for how new they are. If something you already pay for does the job, we will tell you to keep using it.

Not sure which you need?

That is what the first call is for. Bring the problem, not a spec — we will tell you whether it is a website job, a software job, an IT question, or something you should not pay anyone to build.
